BotPenguin is an AI chatbot platform for managing contacts, conversations, bot integrations, and cross-platform customer messaging.
Connect BotPenguin
- Open Slashspace and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- On Discover, search for BotPenguin and click Connect.
- Sign in to BotPenguin in your browser. Slashspace updates when the account is connected.
- Then ask for what you need in any Agent mode chat. BotPenguin is on in every chat unless you switch it off.

- Get Template Dynamic FieldsReturn the dynamic key-value fields required by a BotPenguin WhatsApp template.
- Import ContactsImport contacts in bulk into BotPenguin. Existing contacts may be updated, and the operation does not return contact IDs.
- List Inbox ContactsReturn one page of BotPenguin inbox contacts filtered by whether the contact has interacted with a bot.
- List SegmentsList the contact segments configured in the connected BotPenguin account, including each segment's filter definition and contact count.
