Terms of Use

Last updated: October 3, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lokus LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States ("we", "us", or "our"). They cover Slashspace, formerly RabbitHoles AI: the desktop app, our website at slashspace.ai, and the online services behind them (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms work together with two other documents:

If these Terms and the Credit & Billing Policy disagree about billing, the Credit & Billing Policy applies.

1. Your Account

Account Required: You need an account to start a trial, buy a plan, and use the Service's AI features. Sign-in is handled by Clerk.

Accurate Information: Give us accurate information and keep your email address current, because we use it for receipts, account notices, and changes to these Terms.

Keeping It Secure: You are responsible for activity on your account and on the devices you sign in to. Tell us at support@slashspace.ai if you think someone else has access to your account.

Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

2. Your License

License Grant: While you have an active plan, a trial, or a license that covers you, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the desktop app and to use the Service, for personal or internal business purposes, under these Terms.

Devices: Each plan covers a set number of devices, as set out in the Credit & Billing Policy. Signing in registers a device to your account. You can remove a device from your account page to free its slot.

Updates: The desktop app tells you when an update is available, and you choose when to download and install it. Which updates you receive depends on your plan, as set out in the Credit & Billing Policy. We may, but are not obligated to, provide updates, and any updates are covered by these Terms.

Ownership of the Service: We and our licensors own the Service, including the app, its design, and the Slashspace name and logos. These Terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the license above.

3. Plans, Payments, and Refunds

Plans and Trials: Slashspace is sold as a yearly subscription with a free trial and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices, trial rules, renewals, cancellation, and what happens when a payment fails are set out in the Credit & Billing Policy and shown before you pay.

Payments: Payments are processed by Stripe through our billing provider, Autumn. By starting a trial or subscription, you authorize us to charge your card when the trial ends and at each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel, update your card, and see your invoices in the billing portal on your account page.

Taxes: Prices may not include taxes, which are added where required.

Price Changes: We may change our prices. A price change does not affect a payment you have already made.

Refunds: You can ask for a refund within 7 days of a Lifetime purchase or of any yearly subscription payment, including the first payment after a trial. No reason is needed. Email support@slashspace.ai with your purchase details. Refunds are issued after deducting any transaction fees charged on the purchase. A refund ends the access it paid for and removes the credits it included. Nothing is refunded automatically when you cancel.

Refund Exceptions: We may decline a refund if you broke these Terms or misused the Service, except where the law requires a refund.

Wallet Credits: Credits you add to your Slashspace Wallet are not refundable, except where the law requires it, and they cannot be transferred to another account. The Credit & Billing Policy has the full rules.

Earlier Purchases: If you bought a RabbitHoles AI license, an earlier Slashspace license, or a plan that is no longer sold, you keep the terms you bought under, as described in the Credit & Billing Policy. These Terms apply to everything else.

4. AI Models and Third-Party Services

Slashspace connects you to AI models and other services. Which ones handle your content depends on how you set the app up.

Slashspace Hosted Models and AI Tools: Models offered by Slashspace, and hosted AI tools such as image generation, use your Wallet credits. We route these requests to providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, and OpenRouter. Using them is optional.

Your Own Keys, Subscriptions, and Local Models: You can use your own API keys, your own Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor account, or local models through Ollama. These run under your own accounts with those providers. You are responsible for following their terms and for any charges on your accounts with them.

Connectors, MCP Servers, and Skills: You can connect outside services through Composio, add your own MCP servers, and install skills from third-party directories such as skills.sh. These are provided by third parties, not by us. You choose what to connect and install, and their terms apply.

Provider Policies: Your use of any AI model, including Slashspace hosted models, must also follow the usage policies of the company that provides it.

No Control Over Third Parties: We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, or changes. A third party may change or stop a model or service at any time, and we may then change or remove the feature that uses it.

5. Your Content and AI Output

Your Content: Your canvases, chats, notes, files, and prompts ("Your Content") belong to you. The desktop app saves them on your computer. Some features also store parts of Your Content on our servers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Permission to Process: When you use a feature that needs our servers, such as hosted models, document processing, search, voice input, or image generation, you give us permission to process and store Your Content to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No Training by Us: We do not use Your Content to train AI models. We do not keep the content of chats you send to Slashspace hosted models, except where our Privacy Policy says otherwise.

AI Providers' Data Policies: Every AI model is run by a provider with its own data terms, including whether it keeps your requests or uses them for training. For Slashspace hosted models, we prioritize providers and models that do not train on your requests and that offer zero data retention, but their own terms still apply. For any other provider or model you use, you are responsible for choosing ones whose terms meet your needs, such as zero data retention and no training.

AI Output: As between you and us, you own the output the Service generates for you, to the extent the law allows. Similar prompts can produce similar output for other people, and you do not gain rights in their output.

Check the Output: AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or offensive, and it can resemble existing work. Review it before you rely on it or publish it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it, including files, links, and videos you add to a canvas.

Backups: Keep your own backups. We cannot restore content that is deleted from your computer.

6. Agents and Actions on Your Computer

Some features let AI agents act for you. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, connectors, and MCP servers can read and change files, run commands, and send or change data in other services, depending on what you allow.

You Approve Actions: The app asks for your approval before certain actions. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and the actions you approve.

Review What Agents Do: Agents can make mistakes. Use version control or backups for anything important, and review changes before you rely on them.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

9. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove features. Some features are marked as beta or experimental. They may change or stop working, and they come with even fewer guarantees than the rest of the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

By You: You can stop using the Service at any time. To stop a subscription renewing, cancel it in the billing portal on your account page.

By Us: We may suspend or end your access, at our discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you broke these Terms, if your use puts other users, third parties, or us at risk, or if the law requires it.

What Happens Then: When your access ends, your license ends and you must stop using the Service. If we end your access under this section, any remaining Wallet credits are forfeited, as set out in the Credit & Billing Policy. If your plan simply ends, for example because you cancelled, your Wallet credits stay on your account. Content the desktop app saved stays on your computer. Sections 5, 8, and 11 to 16 continue to apply.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate. Some places do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

These limits apply even if we were told such damages were possible. Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lokus LLC and its affiliates from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from Your Content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and the new Terms take effect when they are posted here. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.

16. General

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Credit & Billing Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service, and they replace any earlier agreements.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

No Waiver: If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, we have not waived our right to enforce it later.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
