Email support
Write to support@slashspace.ai about your account, billing, licenses, bugs or anything else. Privacy questions and refund requests go to the same address.
Send a request from the app
In the desktop app, send a support request or feedback with screenshots or a video attached. The app adds its log file, so we can see what went wrong.
Discord community
Ask questions and talk with other Slashspace users and the team in the Discord community.
Before you write
Billing and refunds
Ask within 7 days of a lifetime purchase or of any yearly payment and you get a refund, no questions asked. You can cancel a subscription any time from the billing portal on your account page.
Licenses and devices
Each plan covers 2 devices. Remove a device from your account page to use Slashspace on another computer.
Privacy and your data
Your canvases, chats and files are saved on your own computer. The privacy policy explains what the app and the website send to our servers and to the services we use.
