Create or update customer contacts through Formilla's Secure Token REST API for live chat and marketing automation workflows.
Connect Formilla
- Open Slashspace and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- On Discover, search for Formilla and click Connect.
- Sign in to Formilla in your browser. Slashspace updates when the account is connected.
- Then ask for what you need in any Agent mode chat. Formilla is on in every chat unless you switch it off.
