Connect Reteno

  1. Open Slashspace and go to Settings, then Connectors.
  2. On Discover, search for Reteno and click Connect.
  3. Sign in to Reteno in your browser. Slashspace updates when the account is connected.
  4. Then ask for what you need in any Agent mode chat. Reteno is on in every chat unless you switch it off.

  • Get Account BalanceReturn monetary balance, credit limit, currency, and remaining prepaid email and SMS quotas for the connected Reteno account.
  • Get Account InfoReturn the Reteno organization and API user associated with the connected account. Use this to verify which account subsequent operations affect.
