Seqera Platform is an intuitive, centralized command post that enables data analysis at scale, allowing users to launch, manage, and monitor scalable Nextflow pipelines and compute environments on-premises or across cloud providers.
Connect Seqera
- Open Slashspace and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- On Discover, search for Seqera and click Connect.
- Sign in to Seqera in your browser. Slashspace updates when the account is connected.
- Then ask for what you need in any Agent mode chat. Seqera is on in every chat unless you switch it off.
