Trackdesk is an affiliate tracking platform for managing partners, offers, conversions, commissions, billing, and performance reporting.
Connect Trackdesk
- Open Slashspace and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- On Discover, search for Trackdesk and click Connect.
- Sign in to Trackdesk in your browser. Slashspace updates when the account is connected.
- Then ask for what you need in any Agent mode chat. Trackdesk is on in every chat unless you switch it off.

- Build Tracking LinkGenerate a Trackdesk tracking URL for one affiliate traffic source and offer. This only constructs a URL; it does not record a click, create a conversion, or change offer configuration.
- Get AffiliateReturn detailed information for one affiliate identified by its Trackdesk account ID.
- Get Daily Performance ReportReturn Trackdesk performance rows, newest first, and aggregate totals for an inclusive date range. Use a bounded range because the response contains one row per day and is not paginated. filled_columns, not zero-valued metric fields, identifies the selected metrics.
- List AdvertisersReturn one filtered page of advertisers. Trackdesk represents advertisers as revenue origins in this API. Increase offset by limit when has_more is true.
- List AffiliatesReturn one filtered page of affiliates, including Trackdesk account and traffic-source identifiers, status, tier, fraud signals, tags, and available billing or payment details. Increase offset by the previous limit only when pagination.has_more is true.
- List Affiliate TiersReturn all active affiliate tiers with their IDs, names, exact default payout rates, and default-tier flags.
