Run web-service-enabled Workday Reports as a Service (RaaS) reports with a dedicated least-privilege Workday account.
Connect Workday RaaS
- Open Slashspace and go to Settings, then Connectors.
- On Discover, search for Workday RaaS and click Connect.
- Sign in to Workday RaaS in your browser. Slashspace updates when the account is connected.
- Then ask for what you need in any Agent mode chat. Workday RaaS is on in every chat unless you switch it off.

- Get Latest Stock GrantRetrieve sensitive compensation data from an authorized tenant-defined Workday RaaS stock-grant report and return its unique latest row by the exact report-output grant/effective-date field verified by the caller from the tenant report as ordering grant recency. Requires tenant report and domain access through the connected Workday account. Rejects missing or malformed dates, mixed date and offset-aware date-time representations, timezone-less date-times, and ties for latest.
- Get W-2 ReportRetrieve W-2 records from a tenant-defined Workday customreport2 or systemreport2 report using controlled company, one or more tax-year, and optional worker prompts. Each requested tax year is fetched separately and returned both per year and as one ordered aggregate. A worker prompt alias can clear a copied worker filter without replacement.
- Run RaaS ReportRun a Workday customreport2 or systemreport2 report from its full tenant URL and return its dynamic JSON output, using an optional map of exact Prompt XML Alias names to values.
