The subscription starts with a 3-day free trial that includes everything the paid year does, 500 credits and 2 devices included. Stripe asks for your card, you pay nothing today, and the first $89 is charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and nothing is charged. Each account gets one trial.

Manage your subscription from your account

Your account page shows when your trial ends, when your subscription renews, or when a cancelled subscription ends. Manage subscription opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card, cancel, and download invoices. Cancelling after the trial keeps your access to the end of the year you paid for.

If you bought the $89 license

Nothing changes for you: Slashspace stays yours, with updates until the date on your account page. When your updates end, you can subscribe for $89 a year to keep getting them. The one-time renewal is no longer sold.

Buy Slashspace once

Slashspace is no longer a subscription. The pricing page now sells two licenses: Slashspace for $89 with a year of updates, and Slashspace Lifetime for $249 with every update we ever ship. Both are yours to keep, include 500 AI credits and 2 devices, and come with our 7-day refund window.

New accounts get a 3-day trial with 200 credits. No card is required: sign in from the desktop app and it starts.

Renew updates from the web

One-year owners can renew updates for another year at $89 from the new Renew page. Renewing early adds the year to the end of your current window, so nothing is lost.

Credit reloads at usage value

Reloads are priced at what you use: 1 credit is 1 cent of usage, with a 10% platform fee on top. $10 of usage buys 1,000 credits for $11, in $10 steps up to $200 of usage per reload.

Account page

Your account page now tells you whether you own Slashspace, until when you receive updates, and when your trial ends. If you bought a plan under the old lineup, nothing changes for you: your plan continues unchanged and the page shows it as before.
